The KOVnet Parent App provides the following features for your childcare facility:

• The app allows leaders to regularly share updates on your child's day, with the option for parents to leave comments. Some facilities also offer the ability to view and download photos taken throughout the day.
• If your facility utilizes the app, parents have access to download these updates and stay informed.
• Parents can make schedule changes, such as requesting a day exchange, an extra day, or a day off, directly through the app. Responses to these requests are provided promptly within the application.
• In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances preventing your child from attending daycare, parents can easily deregister their child within the app.
• All invoices, annual summaries, and newsletters are conveniently stored within the app for immediate viewing and download.
• Additionally, a chat feature is available for communication between parents and group leaders on a one-on-one basis, fostering direct and efficient interaction.
